Notion
Connect your Notion workspace and link pages to bets.
Overview
Segflow integrates with Notion via OAuth, allowing you to search and link pages directly into bets without copy-pasting URLs.
This makes it easy to connect specs, briefs, user research, or retrospectives to the bets they inform — creating a continuous line between work, strategy, and learning.

How It Works
Once connected, Segflow syncs metadata (title, owner, last modified) for selected pages. You can search for any page in your Notion workspace and attach it to a bet.
Segflow does not store your content — only metadata required to display and open the page.
Setup Instructions
1. Connect Notion
Go to Integrations → click New Integration → choose Notion. Authenticate via OAuth and grant read access to your workspace.
2. Open a Bet
In your organization, open a bet that you want to enrich with related documentation.
3. Add Document
Click Add Document and choose Notion as the source. A searchable list of your workspace pages will appear.
4. Search and Select
Search by name or browse pages. Select one or more relevant pages — we’ll display the title and last modified date automatically.
5. Save
Linked pages appear in the bet’s Documents section with a Notion icon and metadata.
Permissions
Access is governed by Notion’s sharing settings — Segflow cannot override them. If teammates can’t open a page, update its share permissions within Notion.
Best Practices
- Link high-level docs like strategy memos, bet briefs, or postmortems.
- Keep naming conventions consistent for easier search.
- Use Notion workspaces connected to your Segflow org for visibility.
